How long does the process take?

It depends on the size of the project. We're pretty good at keeping the disruption to a minimum, and can usually work around any special requirements you may have:

  • After hours/nights

Depending on your requirements, we will schedule crack filling for one day and sealcoating on another, or they can be done same day.

How often should we be sealcoating?

It depends, but usually every 3-5 years. Really high-traffic areas (entrances/exits, shopping centers, etc) may see wear around the 3-year mark, while lower traffic spots may be good for 5 years. We're happy to inspect your specific areas and provide guidance - at no cost!
